- Minnesota Vikings
Last year the NFC North was up for grabs in the beginning of the year. Many people thought that the Packers would regress, and they were right. This year the Packers might have an even greater regression without Aaron Rodgers. Minnesota won a ton of close games last year that gave them an impressive record of 13-4 at the end of the year. It may be tough for them to recreate that success but they still should be seen as the favorite in this division with a couple of key defensive free agent additions and this offense still pretty much intact. With Adam Thielen moving on to Carolina, the Vikings may decide to draft a wide receiver with their late-first-round pick. - Detroit Lions
The Lions are a team that people are excited about, and for good reason. This team was a surprise last season in the second half and will look to build on that for this upcoming year. They swapped Jamaal Williams for David Montgomery at running back and added two veteran defensive backs in free agency. Jared Goff and this offense looked really good at times with some elite weapons like Amon-Ra St. Brown and DeAndre Swift if they can stay healthy. At pick No. 6 the Lions may take a chance on a quarterback for the future or go all in on their chances this year by taking another wide receiver or a solid linebacker. - Chicago Bears
Yes, the Bears are predicted here to finish in third and they could be even better than that next year in the NFC North. Chicago showed at times that they could be a good team behind Justin Fields. This offseason they used their first-overall pick to get D.J. Moore, who can be legit No. 1 wideout for Chicago, and acquired a bunch more picks. Chicago may look really different next season with Moore and a handful of rookies who could start from this upcoming draft. Picks No. 9, 53, 61, and 64 may be used all on defensive and offensive lineman. - Green Bay Packers
The Green Bay Packers are picked here to finish last in the NFC North. Without Aaron Rodgers a ton will fall on the unproven Jordan Love. Green Bay also is lacking weapons, which was evident last year and now they lost Allen Lazard and Robert Tonyan. This team went from a veteran team to really young in just a couple years. They have yet to make any big free agency signings but could get a ton of draft capital in return for Rodgers when the deal to the Jets goes through eventually. Green Bay may be stacking up on young talent to add to this roster and go into the year with a very different looking team.
